DJ TechTools – Two Brand New Ways To Scratch Wirelessly
Several videos have popped up on the internet this week that each explore an interesting concept for using a standard turntable as a wireless controller. One creative gent from Stanford managed to use iPod Touches as controllers, while another inventive DJ has built a wireless turntable head-shell. Each video is a decent proof of concept, but neither has quite convinced us that they have much of a future in the professional DJ world yet.

All we know about him for now is he’s a multi-instrumentalist and studio wizard, born and bred on the music. With influences stretching across the rockier tones of Guns N’ Roses and Jimi Hendrix to a firm love of the hip-hop beat with Timbaland, Dr Dre and beyond into the genius realms of Quincy Jones, The Prodigy and Eric Prydz we feel that with this pedigree Foxx is about to be beguile the whole world with his cunning. Now, Ray has produced a track that has unanimously united the most influential of dance music tastemakers, and one that we are extremely excited to be involved with.

Human Life are veteran house music producers and musicians Joshua Collins, Matt Wasley and Rachael Starr, who between them have clocked up well over 100 releases on labels such as NRK, Bedrock, Ultra, Azuli and BMI.
