Beatport Sync
A few weeks ago, the ever-expanding Beatport brand added the latest weapon in it’s digital arsenal – Beatport Sync.
Almost like an ‘iTunes for DJs’, Beatport Sync is based on Native Instruments’ Traktor DJ software, letting users seamlessly integrate tracks in a digital recreation of a DJ set, while automatically matching the beats.
True to name, the software can sync up with Beatport’s download store, and can also browse music throughout the user’s computer and any connected storage device…
On top of this, the biggest selling point for the software is that there isnt’ one – it is offered free of charge.
